A Record 612,000 People Are Waiting For Their First Outpatient Consultation In Hospital
250,000 have been on the waiting list for at least a year
Nearly 76,000 people are also waiting for an inpatient or day care treatment.
Stephen McMahon, from the Irish Patients Association, says the outpatient record is very concerning:
