Aer Lingus adds extra flight from Cork Airport.

Cork airport has been given a boost for the approaching winter season with Aer Lingus announcing it is to double its services to Tenerife.
The move will create an extra 7,000 seats for those looking for some winter sunshine.
Currently Aer Lingus operates one flight a week to the popluar Canary island. Tenerife has almost guaranteed year round sunshine, and with this summer being one of the wettest in the past 5 years, the additional flight means winter sun can be an option for those using Cork Airport.
The new service will begin operation from october 29th until the end of March 2016 with a departure every Thursday.
