All Bus Eireann services have been suspended for the remainder of today
Bus Eireann have confirmed to RedFM News that services are expected to resume at 5am tomorrow
The cancellation includes all Bus Eireann services, the Expressway network, the School Transport Scheme, Eurolines and GoBe services.
However some school buses which travel on minor roads could be restricted or diverted due to flooding or fallen trees.
Bus Eireann will be providing updates on buseireann.ie and have apologised for any inconvenience caused.
Meanwhile Irish Rail is stopping its services on all routes at two o’clock.
