Almost 33% Of Households Affected By A Limit Of Driving Tests During Lockdown

That's according to a new survey from the AA Roadwatch

About one eighth of respondents say they know of at least one learner who is driving un-accompanied, which is illegal.

Under level 5 restrictions, just essential workers are allowed take the driving test.
