Almost 33% Of Households Affected By A Limit Of Driving Tests During Lockdown
That's according to a new survey from the AA Roadwatch
About one eighth of respondents say they know of at least one learner who is driving un-accompanied, which is illegal.
Under level 5 restrictions, just essential workers are allowed take the driving test.
Barry Aldworth, Senior Media Officer at the AA, says some non essential workers have been waiting since before the first lockdown for an appointment:
