Amazon, Facebook and Google may soon have to pay a minimum level of global corporation tax

Finance ministers of the G7 are expected to finalise an agreement today which could set the rate at 15 per cent
Ireland - which has one of the lowest rates in the world at 12.5 per cent - is being urged to sign up to the deal.
Stephen O'Leary from Olytico and board member of Dublin Chamber of Commerce, says the Finance Minister will play an important role:
It'd be one thing to get this agreed today, but after that it's probably that the real work starts in terms of legislation, getting buy in from other countries and so on. I do think that something that doesn't get pointed out here the role of Pascal Donohoe for Ireland, which is absolutely key."
