An Bord Pleanala's deferment of decision on a planned incinerator for Ringaskiddy deemed unacceptable

The Cork Harbour Alliance for a Safe Environment says it is unacceptable that the decision a will be a year late
It comes as the statutory body advised the group that additional information supplied by applicant Indaver, is considered to be significant and has triggered a six week observation period.
CHASE say this delay has given Indaver an unfair advantage by allowing them to correct their application, while the community were not given any extension to thoroughly examine the original plans.
Speaking to RedFM News Public Relations Officer with CHASE Linda Fitzpatrick says they will be going through this document with a fine tooth comb:
