Animal Welfare Group urges public to March for Marvin.

An animal welfare group is urging listeners to take to the streets and march for animal rights.
The call from ARAN comes in the wake of a brutal attack on a small dog in Mayfield called Marvin who died a slow death after he had his throat slit last weekend...
Locals in the Ballinderry Park area were left shocked after the brutal attack on the friendly Jack Russell who was a family pet..
Gardaí are still investigating the attack which saw Marvin being dumped in a ditch after the attack and left to die.
Speaking on the Neil Prendeville Show John Carmody from ARAN says they have organised a rally for September 27th next and is urging people to support it:
