The fire destroyed Tracey Woods three-storey flat in the Bellview complex off the Old Youghal Road yesterday.. The blaze broke out after Tracey lit a small fire early in the morning in order to heat her apartment as it's her only source of heat and she left the fire unattended. The fire gutted the two upper floors of the building and Tracey and her three daughters have been left homeless and are currently staying in a B&B.
