An appeal by the State against a High Court ruling in favour of Bandon native , Graham Dwyer, will be heard by the Supreme Court in December.
The ruling, which concerned the use of mobile phone data at the former architect's trial, is part of his bid to overturn his conviction for killing Elaine O’Hara.
