Apple CEO Tim Cook In Cork Today
Apple boss Tim Cook will be in Cork today for the official opening of a new extension at the company's plant in the city.
Taoiseach Leo Varadkar last night tweeted that he had met with the Apple boss and confirmed the official opening would be taking place.
Apple employs over 6,000 people in Cork and it's European headquarters is in Hollyhill on the northside of the city.
