Apple expansion in Cork delayed

A ruling from the planning authority is expected in August.

The planned expansion of Apple's European headquarters in Cork has been delayed. 

It follows an appeal by local residents to the development in Hollyhill. 

The tech giant announced 1,000 new jobs Leeside last November which would see the company's workforce in Cork increase to 6,000.
