Average Rents Have Gone Up 6.4% To Over €1,000 A Month Nationally
The Residential Tenancies Board says the rate of growth has slowed though - down from 8% last autumn.
Rents in Dublin are still the highest at €1,500 a month, compared to €793 outside the Greater Dublin area.
