The Bank says it's 'aware' payments to some accounts have been 'delayed' and it's working to resolve the issue.
It says it will update customers on social media as soon as possible.
Shella Moynihan is a Bank of Ireland customer and she told RedFM News that she's worried about meeting her direct debits
