Barnados Release Figures Highlighting Levels Of Poverty
Over 13,000 children and families were affected by poverty last year.
The figures released today by Barnados show that since the general election, about 300 children have become homeless.
The charity says these children have been unaffected by the economic recovery.
June Tinsley from Barnados says the new Government must invest in public services to address the issue:
