Barry Cowen apologises to the Dáil
Minister Barry Cowen has told the Dáil his drink driving ban in 2016 was a "stupid, stupid mistake".
The Minister said it's something that never happened before then and hasn't happened since.
He also admitted to another offence 14 years ago where he was fined for not displaying a tax disc.
