Bieber says sorry
Justin Bieber has finally apologised to fans for keeping them waiting with a late-running gig at London's O2 last night. Writing on Twitter the 19 year old pop star says there were some technical ssues - but admits there's "no excuse". Some fans and parents have complained they were kept waiting for 2 hours - on a school-night - but Justin insists he was 40 minutes late and was due on stage at 9-35.
