Bishop Of Cork & Ross Escapes Injury After Car Is Stoned

The Bishop of Cork and Ross managed to escape injury after his car was stoned as he drove through Togher at the weekend
His car was among several vehicles which were hit by stones on Clashduv Road at around 8.30pm on Sunday night
According to the Irish Examiner the 78 year old Bishop Buckley managed to bring his car to a stop despite the rear window being smashed and alert the Gardai
He was not injured in the incident which is under garda investigation
