Blackpool Shopping Centre up for sale

Blackpool Shopping Centre, along with the adjoining retail park and self-contained offices, are to be offered on the international market.
The move comes just three years after being bought by a US company.
The guiding price for the development is in excess of €117 million but management at the centre say the sale will have no impact on it's day to day running or staffing levels.
The centre is the largest on the northside of the city and is home to several large retailers such as Dunnes which owns the largest unit in the centre.
