The Irish Blood Transfusion Service is calling on people to donate as we head into winter months
The Irish Blood Transfusion Service has warned that stocks of Blood in Cork are at dangerously low levels.
The IBTS are calling on people to donate as we head into the winter months.
At the moment stocks of B negative, B postive and O negative are very low so anyone with these blood groups are asked to make a special effort.
Speaking to RedFM News Anne O'Donovan from the IBTS says regardless of blood group everyone is welcome to donate.
