Bomb threat forces Ryanair flight into emergency landing

A Ryanair flight from Dublin to Krakow had to make an emergency landing in Germany after a bomb threat.

The plane arrived in Berlin at around 7pm Irish time last night, and didn't leave until the early hours of this morning.

The 160 people on board had to leave the Boeing 737 and Federal police searched the plane along with sniffer dogs

Authorities there said there was no danger detected following checks.

It comes a week after a Ryanair flight was forced to divert to Belarus where an opposition journalist was arrested on arrival.
