Boost For Consumer Spending
Consumer spending is set to get a boost. That's according to research by IBEC which has found that our spending power will stabilise this year and looks set to rise next year. It's all down to the new deal on the promissory notes. IBEC's analysis also found that mortgaged working households will see the greatest gain in their spending power this year on foot of low mortgage interest rates.
