Boost For Cork Property Market
A Cork office scheme, which is due to host hundreds of new EMC jobs, has been bought for over 37 milllion euro. The purchase was made by Irish Life and the deal at City Gate in Mahon, is one of the largest single investment sales outside of Dublin in recent years. The sale is being hailed as a vote of confidence in Cork's tech sector.
