Bord Pleanala defers decision on Incinerator for fourth time
An Bord Pleanala has again deferred it's decision on the proposed €160 million incinerator for Ringaskiddy
This is the fourth deferral by An Bord Pleanala in order to request more information from Indaver Ireland
CHASE, which has been vigorously campaigning against the faciltiy, has questioned the credibility of the process claiming that it minimises time given to the community to thoroughly examine an application while granting extra time to the developer first to prepare the application and then to correct it.
No new date has been set for a decision on the incinerator
