BREAKING: Gardaí in pursuit of two men disturbed during break in

Gardaí are hunting for two men who were disturbed during a break in at a house on the Rochestown Road in the past half an hour
The guards gave pursuit and the men abandoned the vehicle they were travelling in on the westbound embankment of the N40 at the Carrigaline exit
Eyewitnesses report that up to five unmarked cars and a number of squad cars were involved in the operation
It's understood that the occpuants of the car - a grey coloured Audi - ran across the west and eastbound lanes of the N40 in the direction of Mahon Golf Course in an effort to evade arrest
Traffic is reported to be slow in the area and it's not known at this stage if there was anything taken in the burglary
