Brexit Deal Expected To Be Announced This Morning

The EU and the UK are on the verge of an agreement.
British prime minister Boris Johnson is due to speak to European Commission president Ursula von der Leyen around now to sign off on the deal.
It's expected both will update make an official announcement shortly.
Euronews political editor Darren McCaffrey says a row over fisheries was the last stumbling block in the talks.
"We are on the verge of a deal, and we've talked about this for an awful long time but it is finally, finally happening. We know that Ursula von der Leyen and Boris Johnson spoke, I think some four times yesterday, to try and get this over the line. Negotiators spent last night, literally talking about individual fish.
How many could be caught in British waters over the next couple of years."
