Budget 2017 has been described as BREXIT proof

The Finance Minister says Budget 2017 is BREXIT-proof.

However Michael Noonan has warned it's impossible to cover all eventualities, without knowing the outcome of Britain's negotiations with the EU.

In all there were 1.2 billion euro worth of  tax cuts and spending increases announced today. 

Pensioners, first time buyers and families with children are among the main beneficiaries.
