Bus Eireann Services Operate As Normal

All Bus Eireann services in Cork are back up and running today. It comes after Strike action at Bus Eireann has been suspended for 48 hours following a breakthrough in talks at the Labour Relations Commission last night. The National Bus and Rail Union has agreed to suspend its strike for two days, during which time management will not implement the disputed cost reductions. Management and union representatives will now attempt to hammer out an alternative way to secure the cost savings required by management.
