Buskers Slam Plans To Clamp Down On The Practice
Buskers have hit back at claims they're causing a disturbance in the city. They're responding to calls from a councillor to clamp down on the practice. Ken O'Halloran wants to introduce a dress code, a curfew and a minimum 20-song rule. He says several business owners have complained about noise pollution.
