Calls for assurances with facility on Patrick's Hill.
Westview House could be used to operate a step-down facility for prisoners.
The Acting Minster for Justice is set to be asked for assurances that a facility on Patrick's Hill will not be used as a step-down facility for prisoners.
Staffed and run by the prison service, Westview House would accommodate 24 medium to long term female prisoners from the Munster region, for the end of their jail term.
The facility has been shrouded in controversy in recent weeks as members of the local community are opposed to the potential new use of the property.
