Calls for heroin clampdown in Cork

A city councillor claims he witnessed a heroin deal in a city centre park in broadlight this week. Cllr Emmet O'Halloran was shocked when he saw the drug deal in Bishop Lucey Park during lunchtime hours. He says tourists and families with children were eating and relaxing nearby. He's calling for a multi-agency crackdown to stamp out the spread of heroin here.
