Calls For Tougher Enforcement on Learner Drivers Following Death of Cork Mother & Daughter
A Cork man who lost his wife and daughter in a crash is calling for tougher enforcement on learner and unaccompanied drivers.
Noel Clancy was speaking at the sentencing hearing of 21 year old student, Susan Gleeson at Cork Circuit Court yesterday.
