Calls Leeside for new waste charges plan to be amended

A motion is being brought before Cork City Council on Monday calling for the new waste charges plan to be amended with a return of bin collection duties to local authorities
The issue is expected to dominated proceedings at City Hall where a protest organised by Sinn Féin Republican Youth Cork is also taking place at 5 o'clock.
Organisers say they expect a significant turn out for the demonstration.
Sinn Féin Councillor for Cork North West Mick Nugent has been telling RedFM News about the motion they're bringing to council tomorrow night.
