Calls made to contain the homelessness crisis
It comes as there is a hunger strike taking place outside City Hall.
Calls are being made for an independent commission to be set up to curb and contain the homelessness crisis before it escalates even further.
That's just one of the demands from a group of hunger strikers demonstrating outside City Hall.
