Calls made to review jail terms for hit and run crimes

It comes from the wife of a hit and run victim.
The widow of a hit-and-run victim says the government needs to look at the jail terms handed down for such crimes.
Margaret O'Leary's 42 year old husband Paud was knocked down and killed while training for a fundraising cycle near Killarney on the first of July 2012.
23 year old Shane Fitzgerald of Meelin, Newmarket in Cork was last week sentenced to 6 and a half years in jail for dangerous driving causing his death, with the last 18 months suspended.
Margaret says her comments on sentencing aren't about revenge - but a message needs to be put out there.
