Carrs Hill remains closed to traffic this morning following a crash

Emergency services were called to the scene just before 9am after a horse box overturned.
Three units of the Fire Service from Anglesea Street and Gardaí tasked to the scene.
It's believed horses were injured in the incident, however no one in vehicle towing the horse box is reported to be seriously injured.
The N28 is expected to remain closed between the Douglas exit and the Carrigaline side of Carrs Hill for several more hours.
Diversions are in place and motorists are being advised to avoid the area.
