Caution urged on the roads due to weather
Motorists are advised to take care on the roads this morning..... There's some icy patches on the N71 between Bantry and Glengarriff. There's also snow around Buweeng, Macroom, Mitchelstown, Kanturk and on the Cork to Mallow Road Meanwhile, Seven thousand homes are still without power this morning following storms around the country yesterday. Some homes across Cork are affected however, parts of west Donegal and South Galway are the worst hit - power crews will begin work at first light.
