Challenge To An Bord Pleanála's Planning Permission For Ringaskiddy Incinerator To Be Heard Next Month
The High Court review is set to begin on March 19th and will run for two weeks
The controversial project was given the green light last May and opponents of the project including residents living in the vicinity of the planned site mounted a massive fundraising campaign to challenge the ruling.
