CHASE Needs €100,000 By July In Order To Mount A Judicial Review Into Ringaskiddy Incinerator

Planning permission was granted to Indaver for the €160 million project in the Lower Harbour last week 


A heated public meeting in Carrigaline last night heard that €100,000 needs to be in place by mid July in order to mount a judicial review into the granting of a licence for an incinerator in Ringaskiddy.

A GoFundMe account set up by Cork Harbour Alliance for A Safe Enviornment has managed to raise €35,000 in four days but a total of €200,000 is needed to fund the entire legal process
