CHASE Say They Have No Faith In An Bord Pleanala

A group opposed to the proposed incinerator at Cork Harbour say they have no faith in An Bord Pleanala.
It follows a request by the planning authority for further submissions from waste management group Indavar on a number of issues.
An Bord Pleanala have deferred the decision on the €160 million euro facility five times, with the latest date for a decision now the 27th of October.
The Cork Harbour for A Safe Environment say Indaver have been afforded several opportunities to answer questions put to them by An Bord Pleanala, and this is giving the company an unfair advantage over the local community.
Speaking to RedFM News Linda Fitzpatrick from CHASE says the community has had enough of endless deferrals:
