Citizens' Assembly is voting this afternoon on recommendations for policy makers concerning Ireland's ageing population

The 99 members of the assembly have heard expert submissions on how government should deal with challenges including the pensions gender gap

The final ballot will lead to a series of recommendations to be submitted to the Oireachtas.

Justin Moran from Age Action Ireland says the government could take one simple action to help address the 37 per cent pensions gender gap.
