Climate Change Expert Says There's No Such Thing As 'Normal' Irish Weather Anymore
It's official - 'normal' Irish weather is a thing of the past.
A leading climate change expert who's due to speak at University College Cork tonight will explain why extreme weather is becoming more of a pattern.
Professor Myles Allen from the University of Oxford says the risk of extreme storms in the west of Ireland has risen by 25 per cent because of global warming:
