Clonakilty man says silence nearly cost him his life

A Clonakilty man who nearly died by suicide says not talking about his problems nearly cost him his life. Today has been designated as national "Time to Talk Day" which invites people to take some time for a conversation about mental health. Today's social movement is being supported by 50 campaign ambassadors with real-life experience of mental health problems.
