Commission For Aviation Tegulation Satisfied With Ryanairs Response To Flight Cancellations

Ryanair says it's emailed all customers who've had their flights cancelled to clarify their right to a refund, re-routing on an alternative flight and how to claim expenses.
It's after both the Irish and British Aviation Regulator requested that the airline provide further details to affected passengers or face legal action.
It says where an outbound flight is cancelled, a refund will also be offered for the return flight.
In the case of re-routing, Ryanair's outlined a four step process that it will undertake to ensure people reach their destination.
The airline's also said it will reimburse any reasonable out of pocket expenses, as long as it receives an EU 261 expense claim form.
The Commission for Aviation Regulation says it's satisfied with Ryanair's response and will continue to monitor the situation.
