Concern Expressed Over The Rise In Meningitis In Cork
Six cases were confirmed in Cork and Kerry in January and February of this year
The HSE says there was an increase in cases of the disease in both Cork and Kerry last year with 18 confirmed cases compared to 12 in 2015.
Six cases were confirmed in January and February of this year however the HSE says that numbers are lower than they were historically.
