Concern raised about driver fatigue amid spike in road fatalities

One in ten Irish motorists admit to continuing driving despite feeling fatigued.
That's according to recent figures by the AA who found that of 10,000 drivers surveyed almost 10% said they would attempt to complete their journey without a break.
It follows a spike in road fatalities last year when 187 people died on Irish roads - 25 more than in 2015. 22 of those fatalities occurred on Cork roads last year
