Delay in funding for rural projects Leeside slammed
It follows a delay in funding for rural development projects.
The delay in Leader funding, in North Cork in particular, is forcing people to leave the region.
That's according to local councillors who have called for a European Commission probe into the delay in releasing the funding for the county.
Councillors have described the slow release of these funds as an 'attack on rural Ireland.'
