Conor McGregor released on bail

The Irish MMA star has had his passport returned and is free to go, following his court appearance in New York last night.
He was released on bail of $50,000 thousand dollars - while bail of $25,000 was set for fellow fighter, 25 year old Cian Cowley with an address at Hyde Park in Dalkey.
The two men were facing assault charges following an incident after a UFC event in Brooklyn on Thursday.
They're both due in court again on June 14th.
MMA Journalist Jim Edwards says McGregor was warned that a protection order had been placed on a number of MMA fighters caught up in the saga.
