Consultant Dermatologist: people who've been staring at themselves on video calls worry they've aged 10 years over lockdown

A so-called 'zoom boom' has sparked a 150 percent increase in demand for cosmetic procedures.
Professor Caitriona Ryan from the Institute of Dermatologists says self esteem has never been so low.
She outlines what people are booking appointments for:
"It's a lot of non-invasive stuff, now I'm sure my plastic surgical colleagues have also seen an increase in actual surgical procedures but we're seeing people coming in for fillers, for skin tightening particularly for the neck and jaw line; that's an area that people have really focused on so many women and men coming in saying, they feel like they've aged 10 years in the last year and I think it's more that they're looking at themselves a lot."
