Cork Airport Claim Norwegian Air's Direct Transatlantic Flights Had A Part To Play In Wow Air Suspension

Cork Airport Say Norwegian Air's direct flights the US had a part to play in the cancellation of Wow Air's transatlantic service via Reykjavik.
The budget airline confirmed the year round service which offered onward flights to the US will be suspended for the winter months due to low demand for seats.
Norwegian Air's first direct flight Boston Providence took off on July 1st and established Cork as Ireland's newest transatlantic airport.
However Cork Airport say they will be returning to the negotiating table later this year in an effort to secure the WOW air route again for 2018.
