Cork Airport goes green for Saint Patrick's Day

The airport has added additional lights as well as many decorations as part of this years Going Green initiative
Arrivals at Cork Airport today will receive a hearty "Cead Mile Failte" for the St. Patricks Day festivities.
The Airport has gone green again this year - as it joins a host of national and international monumental sites taking part in Tourism Ireland's Global Greening campaign.
The initiative helps to generate over €10 million euro in publicity for Ireland, in an effort to entice tourists to visit here, at the important time of summer holiday planning.
Over 30,000 passengers are expected to pass through the doors of the airport over the next three days.
Speaking to RedFM News Communications Manager at Cork Airport Kevin Cullinane says they are happy to be involved in the Going Green initiative.
